Daninan Marine was established in 2008 as a ship management Company in Southampton, UK. Due to market demand, the Company expanded its business into Asia market since late 2008. In early 2009, the Company has achieved ISO 9001-2008 certificate from International Accreditation Board.

In 2010, Daninan Marine directors decided to move organization to Thailand and expanded its business into ship broking and port agency services. Since then the Company has been providing high quality and best prompt services to its customer worldwide. The company also launched e-commerce website, Shipbizcentre.com in 2012.
