In part crew recruitment, we offering good service providing to owner and manager that of part crew recruitment which is covering the task of training, selecting, medical examination, recruiting, payroll, home allotment, crew welfare and taxation by Daninan's professional crewing team.

Due to shortage of Officer and Engineer, we are introduce cadetship programme to ship owner and manager from 2004. We have agreement with most clients to engage cadet seafarers within the management of fleet for purpose of young, well trained and discplained seafarer to gaining sea times, pratical sea experience and become future officer/engineers of the trained company.

Cadet Selection
Cadets are selected from goverment recognized maritime college and institute whom graduated and holding diploma certificate in Nautical or Engineering. Cadet shall pass all assessment test both written and oral conducted by crewing officer.
